Masters Olympia

The Masters Olympia was an international bodybuilding competition which was held annually by the International Federation of BodyBuilders (IFBB). The competition was created by Joe Weider in 1994 as a venue for former champions (some of whom had already won the IFBB Mr. Olympia) to continue to compete at the highest professional level into their later years. The contest ran every year (except 1998) until 2003 when the show was discontinued.

The show has been since continued, although it is now called the IFBB Masters Professional World Championships. 2006 was the first Master's and was held in New York City on April 15, 2006. The contest was won by Bob Cicherillo.
